so a while back i decided to create ginger beer, i thought that making ginger beer meant making something like Root beer or something along those lines. so i went on Google and looked up some recipes on making this stuff. i stumbled across this website http://www.instructables.com/id/Ginger-Beer-Alcoholic-Version/
as you can see it clearly says alcoholic version, i realized this a few days into the fermentation and just stuck to it. the recipe called for: about 600ml water, Ginger powder, Lemon juice, sugar, yeast, and 10 raisins. the process is to combine everything and wait pretty much. so that's what i did, i got myself a large jar and mixed everything together, now the fermentation begins, everyday for about one week i had to feed the beer with 2 teaspoons of ginger powder and four teaspoons of sugar. once that was complete i had to strain out all the ginger and sugar left at the bottom of the jar. i took one gulp of my product and though it was alright. my friends told me that ginger beer is a very, very strong ginger ale and they were right.
below is the final product in a plastic blender cup thing
