so for this blog we were supposed to choose a type of diet, so i went for the most common diet of them all vegetarianism. now as some people know i cannot eat just veggies on a daily basis i need to have meat in my body its just a genetic or mental thing i suppose, but i puffed up my chest and ate just veggies for a whole 4 days, it was all i could do, my mental brain could not process just veggies. plus the inner Serbian kicked in a decided that i was no man if i ate just veggies.
luckily my mother and I went shopping and we came back with a ton of veggies and a lot of meat. just what i needed pounds of meat in front of me but i had to eat veggies the temptation was killing me. so for breakfast i had toast, peanut butter and apricot jam. that was fine, i can manage this i said, but then came dinner time(i barely have lunch anymore because of time management and i just cant eat around lunch time unless im desperate) i grilled some asparagus, green peppers, and pineapple weird combo but it worked none the less. the next few days were pretty much the same. pretty much grilled things for dinner nothing exciting. eventually my mother made breaded chicken, mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. at that point i gave up and ate the crap out of the chicken and honestly it felt right to eat meat, i didn't feel like myself for the few days.
overall i could not be be a vegetarian, like i said before i dont feel like myself when i eat no meat, that is pretty much my intake of protein, sometimes its nuts buts other than that its about. also its a mental thing too, i have been eating meat for the majority of my life, and now i have to stop to become healthy? but i can be healthy with eating meat too. right?
