so recently i decided to create something ambitious. Beef Wellington. it was very interesting to make. normally with beef i would make steaks or beef stew and so on so forth. i wanted to try and make this because it was something that i have been thinking about making for a while and now that i have done it i can say that it was well worth the time. So how did it taste? i made the fillet of beef medium to well done so i expected alot of chewing and that's what exactly happened, personally i don't like to chew on one piece of beef for 5 minutes, but my family does so i went by their order. back to the taste, it was a blend of many things, from the salt and pepper to the horseradish. it tasted very much like beef but with the puff pastry and the duxelle it was astonishing literally like my grandmother just cook up some fresh home-made stew. the smell of the Wellington was absolutely amazing, you can smell the beef miles away from the duxelle and the horseradish once again. the overall experience was incredible and astonishing. definitely will make this again maybe for Christmas or thanksgiving. maybe i should make more ambiguous things more often
